Being the devotees and followers of Acharya guru , Ennakathara family at Poothota (Ernakulam district of Kerala) has been serving the society and mankind for decades. With this lineage VAIDYA E.PURUSHOTAMAN  Established Ennakathara Arya Vaidya Sala on  6 AUGUST 1959 under the guidelines of   Travancore Cochin Medical Councils established by the TCMP Act, 1953. Under his efficient leadership , accurate diagnoses, simple treatments and  helping the poor VAIDYA E.PURUSHOTAMAN  was able to serve the common people and run Ennakathara Arya Vaidya Sala with a motto of serving the society for 7 decades successfully.

At present the new generation lead by Dr Prajessh E.P , Ennakathara Arya Vaidya Sala provides advanced Ayurveda care through Speciality Clinics. Each department is headed by expert doctors and all the treatments are done by experienced staff.  At present by adhering to tradition without compromising on quality Ennakathara Arya Vaidya Sala also manufactures quality Ayurvedic medicine and distributes all over the country
